Adult Dance Classes

Adult Classes - Relaxing, private, and stress free classes for adults and a fun way to exercise. This is the perfect informal way to get into dance. The variety of classes and different levels make it easy to jump right in at any stage of your experience. Never danced before, no problem. Want to get back into dance after several years, no worries. We will constantly be reviewing and relearning anything that needs the extra attention. Also, together we will explore the vast range of styles.

 

Adult Dance Classes

• Adult Dance: 16 and Up Wanting to try out something new? This is where you should start. We will cover a variety of dance such as: ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary and lyrical… you’ll love this fun and casual class!
• Adult Tap I: 16 and Up This class is designed for adults with little or no dance experience at all. We will cover basic tap steps and simple combinations. This class also helps with balance, mental concentration and physical fitness. Fun and energetic!
• Adult Tap II: 16 and Up This class consists of complex tap steps and combinations. Adult Tap I is not mandatory to join this class, but must have previous dance experience. Also improving on balance, mental concentration, and fitness! Fun and energetic!
• Adult Ballet / Jazz: 16 and Up This class is designed for fun and fitness. We will explore different movements along with ballet and jazz steps. We will also focus on certain types of jazz: such as Fosse. No dance experience necessary.
